Delivery Condtions
Delivery is done at the cost and risk of the recipient. Delivery periods (delivery deadlines and dates) are approximate periods and will commence in each case upon issue of the order confirmation.
Payment Conditions
The payment terms and conditions agreed in the individual case shall apply to the payment of invoices. The date of receipt by Gupfo will be decisive in determining the timeliness of the payment.
Defect claims
The Customer’s right to claim defects is subject to the Customer inspecting the supplied goods upon delivery, including by means of sample processing or trial use where this can be reasonably expected, and notifying Gupfo of defects in writing without undue delay but no later than two weeks after the delivery of the goods.
Reservation of title
The goods remain our property until payment is received in full. The buyer hereby assigns to us any and all claims from the resale of the reserved goods. We must be informed immediately of any pledges, and provided with the name of the pledgee.
Place of Jurisdiction
The place of fulfilment for all obligations resulting from the delivery transaction is Landshut. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with the delivery transaction and relating to bills of exchange or cheques is Landshut. Placement of an order is considered to constitute acceptance of our “General terms & conditions”.
